The high energy cardio,weight and interval training, dance party arena which is the largest area and is a two tiered space comprising 26 floating glass 10×10 glass PowerBoxes. These Glass PowerBoxes are surrounded 360 degrees of floor to ceiling media screens.
This 45 to 60 minute fast paced interactive experience can have you sprinting through flames, climbing out of caverns, flying through the galaxy, racing from dragons to holding a plank while fellow teammates are powering through a challenge, all while the music is setting the beat! This is group fitness at its highest levels with camaraderie and excitement as YOU athlete, get your sweat on!
The Ascent Trainer is by far the most challenging machine out there and is designed to be the best on your body. Ascent Trainers are a no to low impact modality, which is easy on the joints. It is a full complete workout utilizing. Performance training on an Ascent trainer maximizes your training in the most efficient use of time
Each PowerBox will have its own sound system and has a microphone so people in every other PowerBox can hear what is being said and can cheer, groan, or laugh in response. There are four PowerBoxes that have cameras in them which highlight the person in the BOX on all media walls during that session for motivation and inspiration while doing team challenges.
