The Features
Our State-of-the-Art PowerBox
Our glass PowerBox allows YOU athlete, to get all the benefits of the electric energy of the group environment without any of the risks.
There is absolutely no sweat, germs or air shared during your hardcore workout experience or your Hot Vinyasa Flow. Each athlete is in their own individual glass BOX. There is no need to wear a mask, or headphones while getting your sweat on.
This allows for absolute freedom to get completely out of control in your Box.
Our patent pending air filtration system is supported by a state-of-the-art HVAC system with integrated UV lighting, HEPA filters and air quality monitors that will purify and completely circulate the air.
Each glass PowerBox has an individual exhaust system so as not to cross contaminate. Our patent pending air filtration system also provides 12 air changes per 45 minutes in EACH INDIVIDUAL glass PowerBox (typically commercial fitness facilities provide air exchange 4-6 times per hour for an entire fitness facility). This patent pending filtration system has MERV 14 standard which is almost 50 percent higher than the recommended MERV 8 for an entire open gym.
Each glass PowerBox has state of the art radiant and heating/cooling systems employed as well as being equipped with CO/CO2 monitoring systems.

PowerBox 360 breeds Performance.
Our largest training area is designed for our cardio, weight and interval sessions. This is a two-tiered space comprising of 26 floating glass 10x10 PowerBox. These Glass PowerBoxes are surrounded by 360 degrees of floor to ceiling media screens. Our PowerBox 360 Signature performance session is a 45 minute fast paced, full body, interactive, immersive experience to push and condition you to your maximum potential... Game On!

The lower level of PowerBox 360 is HOT yoga and Hot Barre. Our Hot Sanctuary allows YOU yogi to get your addiction on without having any other yogi sweat on you breaking your spiritual flow.
We are dedicated to bringing HOT yoga back to YOU, in a pristine yet spiritual environment. Our patent pending air filtration system combined with our glass PowerBox allows you Yogi to embrace the heated experience with complete peace of mind and complete protection and safety.
There are 10 glass PowerBox surrounded by antique mirrors wrapped in nature’s landscapes that work synergistically with dramatic lighting throughout your flow. Each PowerBox is designed with the same state of the art HVAC, patent pending air filtration system as the cardio PowerBox arena, however we have added a high-tech heating system that includes radiant ceilings and floors.
PowerBox 360 knows the power of Heat and the benefits to the mind and body. Our Radiant ceiling panels are a natural form of heat and are often used in incubators for babies. This unique heating system will allow you Yogi to flow with ease as the heat penetrates your skin helping to assist in circulation and warming you from the inside. The heat experience is like no other. There is no hot air blowing on you at any time, no noise or odor with this high-end system.

Athlete meet your Ascent Trainer...
This is by far the most challenging machine out there and is designed to be the best on your body. Say goodbye to back pain from bikes and knee problems from constant jarring on a treadmill.
Performance training on our Ascent trainer maximizes your training with the most efficient use of time. You are burning fat and shedding inches as you are saturated in sweat.
We at PowerBox 360 value you and your PowerTeam’s time. 25-minutes on our Ascent Trainer is more challenging and you achieve greater results than 45 minutes on a bike or treadmill.
There is no slacking on this puppy!
Each glass PowerBox will be cleansed, sanitized and disinfected by electrostatic sprayers and specialty equipment between each class by our certified PowerBox Clean Team.

Each glass PowerBox has a microphone so all Athletes in every other PowerBox can hear what is being said, and all can cheer, groan, laugh and vibe together.
As a team, all Athletes will be sprinting through flames, climbing out of caverns, racing from dragons to holding a plank while your fellow teammates are powering through each challenge. This is group fitness at its highest level.

No, this is the absolute beauty of our patent pending technology combined with our glass PowerBox. There is no sharing of air or germs, secretions once you are in your safe PowerBox.
However, when you are outside your PowerBox, please wear your mask at all times.
No, your PowerBox is completely contained.
No, you do not need to be in shape to come to class. We welcome athletes of all levels, shapes and sizes. Each athlete goes at his or her own level and will be challenged and motivated accordingly and always in a positive manner.
Please wear either running or cross training sneakers, socks and comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely to get your sweat on!
Please arrive 10-12 minutes prior to your first class.
We strongly recommend and encourage you to fill out our waiver, set up your account and speak to our front desk staff prior to coming to your first class.
Your success and your experience is our top priority.
We understand that situations come up and we want to be accommodating, however, in order to cancel a session reservation and return it to your account, you must unreserve your PowerBox by 5 PM the night prior to the session.
If an athlete does not cancel their PowerBox they will be charged for it.
Athletes can cancel by logging into their profile online or calling the studio directly.
No, as of now, PowerBox 360 does not offer memberships. We do not require any long-term commitment. If you want to buy one class, that's fine, we are confident you will get so juiced up after your first session, you will need to come back for more and be part of our POWER TEAM!
We do offer you an incentive to buying classes in bulk, and give you a discount per session. The more you buy, the more you save.

If you are in the Hot Yoga or Barre experience and you are comfortable sharing your air/sweat with someone else, like your spouse, child or best friend, then the answer is yes!
We love and encourage young athletes! All athletes need to be at least 13 years old and must have a guardian sign a waiver prior to first class.
Under 15 years old, athlete must have a guardian take class with him or her unless it is a designated teen experience.
We LOVE and cherish our Preggers and want YOU part of our Power Team. We are very careful with all of our athletes, so we encourage you to consult your physician prior to working out with the team.

No. We deliberately did not install lockers to maintain and to ensure the highest level of safety and cleanliness. Instead, we have secure boxes within your PowerBox for your essentials like keys, phone wallet, bag, etc.
After each session every single item that is in the PowerBox is sanitized and disinfected by our Power Clean Team before another athlete comes for next session.
Yes, each athlete must create an account and fill out a New Athlete Waiver Form HERE before your first class.
Please note that sessions are not transferable to other athlete accounts.
We sell water for $4 a bottle and also offer a filtered water fountain for your convenience.
